PeopleFirst Staffing is Hiring an Administrative Coordinator Near Cincinnati, OH

General Position Responsibilities:

  • Open the office, turn on signage, etc.
  • Check email and voicemail for anything needing urgent or quick reply.
  • Create a Positive Impression and Experience during all interactions with candidates, associates, and customers!
  • Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate Team member.
  • Greet guests as they enter the office.
  • Provide administrative support to Team members in general.
  • Assist in completing the new employee on-boarding process, including adding information/resume to ATS.
  • Administer drug screening.
  • Order background checks and upload to ATS once returned.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates from job boards, website and job postings in general.
  • Keep associate records organized and accurate.
  • Maintain supply of candidate forms
  • Maintain appropriate amount of office supplies to order monthly.
  • Help to keep office clean and sanitized.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
